Celebrating God’s Goodness

At church this past Sunday, I had the opportunity to briefly share about our recent experience with Benji. If you have 5 minutes, I invite you to watch.

Around the 3 minute mark, I extend thanks to churches we know that have supported and/or prayed. I name a few churches and then stop, only because my mind when blank about the names of the other churches (ha!). But we KNOW there were so many others beyond what I mentioned, and we truly are so thankful for each person and gathering of the body of Christ, locally in the PSL area, and in several other countries, that was praying for my boy and family.

As I mention in the video, the doctors tells us that life will 'normalize' some for now, as much as it can with a medically needy child. While we hope that is true, our ultimate hope remains in Jesus Christ, who is Sovereign over life and death, sickness and healing, joys and sorrows. We still hold our son with open hands. That said, if God in His kindness allows some normalcy, we have every intention of prayerfully revisiting our goals with The Well Project and updating with whatever God might lead us to.

We love you!
